PART 1: TERMS OF SERVICE & SMS DISCLOSURE
1.1 Communication and Abandoned Requests
By using the Service and entering your contact information, You agree that the Company may contact You via email or SMS (text message) regarding Your service inquiry, even if You do not complete the scheduling process (referred to as "Cart Recovery" or "Abandoned Booking"). By providing Your information, You grant Us express written consent to reach out to assist in completing Your request.
1.2 SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If You provide Your mobile number to Bannon Home Inspections LLC, You agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. 1.3 Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in North Carolina. - To maintain records: To keep business, scheduling, communication, payment, customer service, and compliance records as reasonably necessary.
2.5 Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to operate the Service, monitor and analyze the use of Our Service, process scheduling requests, communicate with You, provide customer support, or perform services on Our behalf. We do not sell Your personal information to third parties. We may disclose Your data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
2.6 Data Retention, Security, and Deletion
We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, respond to inquiries, complete scheduling requests, perform requested services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements.
In general, inquiry, scheduling, customer, and service-related records may be retained for up to three (3) years after Your last interaction with Us, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, tax, insurance, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs. Usage Data, diagnostic data, and analytics information are generally retained for up to twelve (12) months unless needed for security, troubleshooting, legal, or operational purposes. SMS opt-out records may be retained as necessary to honor Your opt-out request and maintain compliance.
