Buyers - You Have Options!

The FlexFund Program allows home buyers to pay for their home inspection at the time of closing instead of at time of service. Home buyers that are either reserving on-hand cash, or hesitant to put large purchases on a credit card while the close is pending, now have a pay-later option to ensure a more comfortable home-buying experience.

How Does it Work?

When scheduling online, please choose the FlexFund Pay at Close option. If this option isn’t visible, go ahead and complete your scheduling, then give us a call—we’ll be happy to add it for you.

• If you have your closing or title company information, simply enter it on the checkout page.
• If you don’t have this information yet, select the “I don’t have my closing company info” option, and we’ll reach out to your agent for those details.

Please note: If Guardian hasn’t received your title information within 5 business days, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file.

After selecting how to proceed with the closing/title info, you will receive a separate email agreement (in addition to the inspection agreement) that has to be signed as well.

There will still be a requirement for credit card information to be entered. Note that this is only used as a backup payment in the event that the sale doesn't close. An amount of 0.01 will be charged to the card on file for validating purposes only. No other charges will be made to this card as long as the sale makes it to closing.

Bannon Home Inspections is excited to announce this new service enhancement for our valued clients. In partnership with the FlexFund Program, we now offer the convenient option for home buyers to defer the payment for their home inspection until the time of closing. This service is designed to provide ease and flexibility for those who prefer not to incur large expenses or use their credit card during the critical period of a home sale. This service is provided at no cost. This initiative is part of our commitment to ensuring a stress-free and comfortable home-buying experience for all our customers.
