Shawn Flowers has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership and maintaining/improving their investments. He bought his first property at 20 years old and his first investment property at 21 years old. He has a 5 year background in HVAC as well as 12+ years in the structured cabling industry. He looks forward to bringing that passion and gained experience to fully benefit his clients and those in his community as a fully licensed home inspector for North and South Carolina.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Tim owned a business helping manufacturing companies reduce employee injury and improve work design. Twenty-five years of examining human function and work settings has served to strengthen his natural aptitude for observation and analysis. As an avid home improvement enthusiast, he has been around the home building/remodeling industry since high school. Tim is passionate about family, friendships and helping people. He is a father of five adult children and is still married to his college sweetheart.

Born and raised in the Carolinas, John Carruthers is a graduate of Appalachian State University. He has a diverse background including fire inspection, remodeling and reconstruction, ski guiding, paramedicine and firefighting. These all helped form his strong combination of hard work, an eye for detail and professional competence. John believes in lifelong learning and always challenges himself to be a true craftsman of his trade.

He can effectively communicate with all agents and clients with his core motivation being to help people. John looks forward to serving clients in North and South Carolina through the Bannon Home Inspection team.  John is a proud father of two, husband of 17 years and is a current Fireman with the City of Charlotte and Steele Creek Fire Departments.
