Growing up the son of a realtor, I spent many days riding in the car going from house to house. While my dad unsuccessfully tried to get me to follow in his footsteps, I still learned a lot about the home buying process. I just recently went through the home buying process and now understand the importance of a thorough home inspection. Having that peace of mind was extremely important to myself, my wife, and three children.

Shawn Flowers has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership and maintaining/improving their investments. He bought his first property at 20 years old and his first investment property at 21 years old. He has a 5 year background in HVAC as well as 12+ years in the structured cabling industry. He looks forward to bringing that passion and gained experience to fully benefit his clients and those in his community as a fully licensed home inspector for North and South Carolina.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Tim owned a business helping manufacturing companies reduce employee injury and improve work design. Twenty-five years of examining human function and work settings has served to strengthen his natural aptitude for observation and analysis. As an avid home improvement enthusiast, he has been around the home building/remodeling industry since high school. Tim is passionate about family, friendships and helping people. He is a father of five adult children and is still married to his college sweetheart.

What I enjoy most about being a home inspector is helping home buyers make educated decisions about their homes. I do this by performing an in-depth inspection on their home and taking the time to explain each of the findings with the client. As long as I can remember I have always been intrigued with how things function and the science behind it. As a homeowner I understand how important it is to make sure you know all the potential hazards in and around your home.



During my free time I enjoy watching sports and mostly spending time with my family and dogs. I am licensed in NC and SC and I look forward to helping you with one the biggest investments you will ever make.
